Divorce Mediation
Navigating asset division, financial restructuring, and marital dissolution efficiently and privately.

Description
Divorce Mediation is best for couples seeking to settle financial disclosures, property division, and legal divorce terms without the high costs of court trials. It helps participants maintain control over how assets, pensions, real estate, and debts are divided rather than leaving financial decisions to a judge.
Mediation Stages
Stage 1: Introduction & Guidelines
The mediator introduces the goals and ground rules for the mediation process.
Stage 2: Information Gathering and Clarifying
In this phase, the mediator verifies the responses from the intake form and confirms the details listed on the pre-mediation budget sheet with both participants.
Stage 3: Topic Selection
Participants choose the specific issues they need to resolve for their divorce from a list of options. Common topics include the family home, vehicles, shared financial accounts, and outstanding bills or debts.
Stage 4: Brainstorming & Solutions
The mediator guides participants through each selected topic individually. The mediator asks clarifying questions to understand everyone's goals, and participants brainstorm potential solutions. Together, they refine their ideas until they agree on a workable solution for each topic.
Stage 5: Written Agreement
After confirming all agreed-upon solutions with the participants, the mediator drafts the final divorce agreement. A digital copy is sent to each participant for electronic signature.
