Omar Battle earned a Master's of Science in Peace Operations from George Mason University. Possessing extensive training as a mediator, he has successfully mediated numerous disputes. Beyond his commitment to resolving conflicts through non-adjudicative methods, Omar is devoted to increasing awareness about how the theories and methodology of mediation can empower individuals to comprehend the root causes of conflict, equipping them with the ability to minimize or resolve conflicts in both their personal lives and organizations.
Federal Government Experience:
Omar Battle brings over five years of experience in federal government contracting, serving organizations such as the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). He also served eight years in the United States Army. His skill set encompasses requirements gathering and business/data analysis.
