Bio
Omar Battle graduated from George Mason University with a Master's of Science in Peace Operations. He is a trained mediator and facilitator currently residing in Washington, DC. As a conflict-resolution professional who believes that peaceful, civil resolution of inter/intra-personal conflict and the reduction of human suffering is a social responsibility, he has also been a hotline volunteer for the Sexual Assault Center (SAC) of Alexandria, VA, a member of Mediators Beyond Borders, and is a Soliya facilitator.
Omar Battle has real-world experience mediating and facilitating and is dedicated to not only resolving conflicts, but raising awareness of how the theories and methodology behind mediation can help people understand why inter/intra-personal conflict happens, giving them the capability to reduce or resolve the conflicts in their personal lives and organizations.
